Why choose it
Nero d’Avola and Perricone are two symbols of Sicilian winemaking. The former is widespread throughout the island and internationally renowned, while Perricone is a variety that nearly fell into oblivion but has been recovered and enhanced by Firriato. These are the two native red grape varieties that come together to create Favinia Le Sciabiche.
An authentically Sicilian blend, it brings to the glass the unique characteristics imparted by the Mediterranean microclimate and the distinctiveness of the soils, the influence of the sea breeze, and the crucial role played by the winds.
