Caeles Cataratto is a wine that combines nature, respect for the territory, quality. After long years of observation and experimentation, Firriato found the ideal place for breeding Cataratto in the Borgo Guarini estate. Calcareous soils with the presence of clay are characterized by reduced fertility and humidity conditions. Also in the Catarratto vineyard, as throughout the entire agricultural estate, grassing based on spontaneous legume and cereal plants is practiced. The Caeles Cataratto certified organic wine is born from the combination of these pedoclimatic and cultural characteristics. Vivid example of wine produced according to an organic process, it is characterized by herbaceous nuances and a well-articulated structure with the fruity tones of uncontaminated nature.
